BirthRecords.us.org Releasing Guide to Help People Build Their Family Tree
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- BirthRecords.us.org is preparing to release a step-by-step guide on how to quickly and easily build a family tree, the company said yesterday.
“We know that many customers come to us when they want to use our records to help build a family tree to give to their children,” a BirthRecords.us.org spokesman said. “But we also know that many of them don't have a lot of research experience, so we want to help them get the most out of the information we provide.”
BirthRecords.us.org decided to create the guide at the request of their customers, he said.
“One of the most frequent questions our customer service call center gets is how to build their family tree,” the BirthRecords.us.org spokesman said. “If that's what people are looking for, it just makes sense for us to help them out.”
The family tree guide will be sent to existing customers via email, and made available on the members section of the BirthRecords.us.org site, he said.
“We'll also release some of the information on our social media sites and our blog,” he said. “That way, the information will get out to the highest number of people possible.”
BirthRecords.us.org worked with genealogical experts to create the guide, he said.
“We want this to be the most comprehensive and useful guide to building a family tree anywhere,” he said.
