BlackArch Partners Names Adam Elmore as Director of Private Company Advisory

Working alongside the firm’s investment banking team, Mr. Elmore will direct BlackArch’s unique business unit focused solely on establishing and building client relationships with owner-operators, family businesses and management teams to further BlackArch’s leadership in providing exceptional M&A and related strategic advisory services to private companies.

Prior to joining BlackArch, Mr. Elmore spent the last decade in the executive search industry, most recently as a Director at Sockwell Partners. He worked primarily with privately-held, middle-market companies whose service needs included c-level executive search, succession planning and HR strategic advisory. His prior industry experience also includes multiple positions with profit and loss responsibilities for a privately-held multibillion dollar leasing company.
Mr. Elmore earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Davidson College. He holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and son.
