Mr. Krasnewich has more than two decades of experience in the broad industrials sector as an investment banker focused on middle-market M&A advisory and capital markets financings for corporate and financial sponsor clients.

Before joining BlackArch, Mr. Krasnewich was a Managing Director in the Industrials group at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to BMO, Mr. Krasnewich was a banker in the Industrials group at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for client relationship development and day-to-day execution of M&A, strategic advisory and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Krasnewich earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business.
