With the ascension of Ms. Bozzi, BlackStone strengthens its legal and technical capabilities. Ms. Bozzi will continue her role focused on delivering effective information governance and consultative solutions to BlackStone’s enterprise clients.

As BlackStone’s Information Governance | Litigation Readiness Specialist, Ms. Bozzi will be responsible for advising clients on the nexus of legal, policy and technology solutions best suited to address their overall information governance, litigation readiness and eDiscovery needs. In addition to developing cost-effective strategies that are tailored to the organization's size, business activities and risk profile, Ms. Bozzi will design and deploy assessment tools and protocols to optimize workflows and integrate existing enterprise initiatives. Ms. Bozzi’s work will be focused with key stakeholders to bring organizations into conformity with information governance best practices, including ESI Data Mapping, Records Retention Policies, Enterprise Legal Hold Programs, Outside Counsel and Vendor Workflow Management, Data Classification, and Automated Data Disposition and Management.

Prior to BlackStone Discovery, Ms. Bozzi was Counsel for Paragon Legal at Apple and LinkedIn and earned the distinction of serving on every technical group within their newly formed eDiscovery team at Google, Inc. Ms. Bozzi has extensive experience providing eDiscovery expertise to global corporations, government agencies, technology start-ups and law firms involved in litigation, investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University. Ms. Bozzi is on the ABA Leadership Council for the Science and Technology Section and brings her expertise in data to pro bono efforts, most recently joining IBM and World Health Organization in their Open Data initiative to compile and organize healthcare data for governments to use in their fight against the spread of Ebola.
