Inspired by the caramel and vanilla notes of aged whiskeys and the ever popular confection, Sloop Betty Caramel offers a perfect balance of sweet and smooth—infused with natural vanilla beans and sweetened with a house-made caramelized syrup for a natural, toasty flavor. Following the launch of Sloop Betty Honey, Sloop Betty Caramel is the second flavor in Blackwater's line of craft premium vodkas. Sloop Betty Caramel possesses an elegant quality and a smooth finish, making it the perfect delight on the rocks or in a variety of mixed drinks.

Sloop Betty Caramel is smooth enough to sip on the rocks, with a slice of apple or orange.

Sloop Betty Caramel Cocktails
Caramel Apple Mule
1.5 oz Sloop Betty Caramel
0.5 oz lime juice
3.5 oz apple cider
4 oz ginger beer (a high quality ginger beer like Fever Tree)
Combine all in a copper mug with ice. Garnish with apple.
Sweet Betty Martini
1/2 oz Sloop Betty Caramel Vodka
1/2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Honey
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve
