Blue Horseshoe Honored by Indiana Chamber of Commerce as a ‘Best Place to Work’ in Indiana
Carmel, Indiana (PRWEB) February 29, 2016 -- Blue Horseshoe, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber unveiled the 2016 Best Places to Work recently, honoring 100 companies. Final rankings of these honorees will be May 5 at a special awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

The program has been around for 11 years. More than 200 companies applied.

The list was compiled through the Best Companies Group, which conducts a simple yet thorough company assessment – a two-part process designed to gather detailed data. In part one, the employer completes a questionnaire and in part two, employees of the company complete an employee engagement & satisfaction survey.
The results are analyzed and categorized according to 8 Core Focus Areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development and Resources, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
