Blue Skies Foundation Hosts Veterans Day American Heroes Happy Hour Event
CINCINNATI, Nov. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Veterans Day, observed annually on November 11 to honor military veterans, will provide the perfect opportunity to honor Purple Heart recipients and Gold Star Families in a more intimate setting when the Blue Skies For The Good Guys and Gals Warrior Foundation (BS3G) hosts a special cocktail reception at Prime Cincinnati, 580 Walnut Street in downtown Cincinnati, this Saturday evening from 7 to 11PM.
The American Hero Happy Hour is unique opportunity for the public to meet our nation's heroes in a more personal setting while also serving as a fundraiser for the annual Team Fastrax™ Warrior Weekend To Remember.
The American Hero Happy Hour will include appetizers, drinks, music and a silent auction to include items such as three Gold Star Cheese Conies every day for a year, an M-4 Assault Rifle and many more great prizes.
A donation to attend is $55 per person, or $100 per Couple, and donations are being accepted online at WarriorWTR.com. Dress is informal/casual and no jackets are required.
Also scheduled that evening will be the premiere of the Documentary and Testimonial Film of Team Fastrax™ Warrior Weekend to Remember 2017, a heartfelt look into the stories of some of the Purple Heart Recipients and Gold Star families and the positive impact that the Warrior Weekend has had on their lives.

"The guests get to not only meet some of America's Heroes, but they'll also see a film that really puts into perspective the sacrifices our military personnel and families make for our freedoms."
One local Gold Star family is particularly relevant explained BS3G Warrior Foundation co-founder John Hart.
"The Prazynski family will be one of the stories featured in the film," said John Hart, also founder of Team Fastrax™. "We hold them very dear to our hearts."
The 13th Annual LCPL Taylor B. Prazynski Memorial 5K Run, Walk and Roll, which will be held Saturday, November 11, is the final race of the Fallen Hero 3x5K Challenge and the proceeds benefit the LCPL Taylor B. Prazynski Memorial Scholarship Fund and The Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields.
Team Fastrax™ will be performing a special skydive presentation of the colors just prior to the race that will feature their 1,100-square-foot American Flag, a commemorative Gold Star Flag along with red, white and blue streamers.
