BlueInGreen Announces New Hires to Accommodate Company Growth
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (PRWEB) August 10, 2015 -- Officials at BlueInGreen® announced the addition of four employees Monday in order to accommodate the growing demand for the company’s water treatment technology and solutions. The new hires – which include a National Sales Manager, Product Manager, Field Support & Electrical Technician as well as a Director of Finance & Administration – will bring their respective talents, expert training and industry experience to the BlueInGreen team beginning in August.

Assuming the role of National Sales Manager is Thomas Sichz, who will build on BlueInGreen’s current momentum in the marketplace. Holding licenses as both a Professional Engineer and an industrial wastewater treatment operator, Sichz brings 21 years of experience in water treatment equipment and processes. In addition to his expertise in establishing and expanding product lines, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Executive Education Program.
Product Manager Tanya LeBlanc will optimize, promote and implement BlueInGreen’s SDOX-CS® solutions. LeBlanc has over 15 years of experience in the water treatment industry, ranging from laboratory and field testing to product development and regional sales management. She has also worked with liquid and solid separation technology manufacturing, EPA compliance and contract dewatering. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in Business from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Jason Marheineke joins BlueInGreen’s manufacturing team as the Field Support & Electrical Technician. Having previously served as an electrical foreman, he possesses extensive experience with commercial and residential projects and quickly advanced to lead all facets of large-scale industrial projects from drawing and design to maintenance and repair. During his time at Glad Manufacturing, Marheineke championed a $42-million, 2-year project, governing all aspects of a three-phase facility relocation plan while also achieving a perfect safety rating. Marheineke is a Master Electrician and Licensed Journeyman and is a graduate of the Electrical Apprenticeship Program at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
Michelle Ross, CPA will serve as the Director of Finance & Administration for BlueInGreen. She will oversee all financial and administrative matters in order to best facilitate and accommodate company growth. Prior to joining BlueInGreen, Ross excelled as a tax accountant and financial management services consultant for HoganTaylor, as well as a private company accountant for Benchmark Construction. In addition to her experience in banking and teaching, Ross earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
