Fayetteville, AR (PRWEB) June 26, 2014 -- Clete Brewer, CEO of BlueInGreen, LLC announced today that Roy Pearson has been named Vice President of Manufacturing and Greg Gaffney appointed Regional Sales Manager.
As the new VP of Manufacturing, Pearson will be responsible for BlueInGreen’s manufacturing growth & product improvement initiatives as the company continues to establish a more powerful presence in the water treatment industry. Pearson brings to the role more than 14 years of progressive experience within engineering and manufacturing. Pearson has focused on continuous improvement initiatives, strategic capital management, and product enhancements to provide market share growth within numerous industrial settings. Product quality and post-sale support will be key initiatives for Pearson as BlueInGreen continues focus on leading the water treatment industry. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University.

Additionally, Greg Gaffney has been hired as a Regional Sales Manager. Gaffney comes to BlueInGreen after working in the water and wastewater business with Severn Trent for 16 years. Gaffney has managed sales networks in the United States, Canada and Mexico and will assist in BlueInGreen’s expansion into all of the North American markets. Gaffney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston
