(PRWEB) September 26, 2016 -- The Los Angeles labor law lawyers at Blumenthal, Nordrehaug and Bhowmik and James Hawkins filed a proposed class action Complaint against The Proctor & Gamble Company for allegedly manufacturing and selling defective Old Spice deodorant. The Complaint alleges that the users of Old Spice deodorant have suffered serious injuries after applying the deodorant. The Complaint claims these injuries include but are not limited to, burns, rashes, blisters, redness and scarring. The complaint states that "internet searches have revealed and show consumer complaints of skin injuries, similar to Plaintiff's injuries, from use of Old Spice deodorant dating back to 2010." The lawsuit further alleges that "at no point since 2010 did P&G warn of the health risks associated with the use of Old Spice deodorant."
The Complaint asserts that Proctor & Gamble fails to comply with California standards by allegedly failing to warn of "the significant risk of harm to the skin from the use of Old Spice Deodorant."
