Fuquay-Varina, NC (PRWEB) October 04, 2013 -- Bob Barker Company Inc. recently hired Riaz Merchant as the Sourcing Specialist for Southeast Asia. His responsibilities will include buying and sourcing products from the Pakistan, India and Bangladesh regions of Southeast Asia.

Riaz owned a shoe company for 18 years before joining the Bob Barker team. By way of overseeing the entire retail operation of 5 stores, he gained valuable experience in both importing and manufacturing of footwear and apparel.
Riaz is fluent in both Urdi and Hindi languages. He also has a strong understanding of western culture and knows how to conduct business cross-culturally.
Riaz enjoys being a part of a company that is large, yet still feels family orientated. He also appreciates the value system that standards are held to.
