Bolour Associates Announces New Director to Lead Growing Real Estate Firm’s Marketing and Communications Efforts
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- Bolour Associates (Bolour), a privately-owned real estate investment, development and finance company, today announced that Andreea Popa has joined the firm to build and manage a scalable marketing platform that will help drive the firm's business objectives. She will lead communications efforts through traditional marketing, social media, public relations and community outreach to engage interactive and durable relationships between clients and the communities Bolour serves.

Prior to joining Bolour, Ms. Popa was responsible for global editorial and regulatory oversight at Houlihan Lokey in Los Angeles. She began her career in New York at Standard & Poor’s working integrally with the Structured Finance team and Ratings Information, Products & Services division on some of the rating agency’s premier products.
She attended New York University and graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science. She holds the designation of FINRA uniform securities agent. Some of her activities include serving on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Council in Long Beach and serving as Assistant Treasurer of the Standard & Poor’s unit. She is a recipient of several awards for community service, leadership and innovation.
