BOMI International invites conference participants to attend the Annual BOMA LocalUpdate Meeting at the Every Building Conference & Expo
Annapolis, MD (PRWEB) June 26, 2015 -- BOMI International, the premier international provider of educational products and services to the property and facility management industries, today announced its active participation at the Every Building Conference & Expo presented by BOMA International and Buildings from June 28 to 30, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA.
Jeffrey Horn, BOMI International president & CEO commented, “We are thrilled to participate in BOMA International’s annual conference. This is a big year for us—we are celebrating important new educational products and we are celebrating our 45th anniversary in business. There is a palpable air of excitement within the organization, and we are looking forward to sharing that with our BOMA local partners in a special session at the conference: BOMI International Update for BOMA Locals. We appreciate that BOMA International placed us, as an independent institute, on the conference program to meet with a variety of representatives from their many BOMA local organizations.”
The BOMI International meeting will be held in Room 502B in the Los Angeles Convention Center, on Monday, June 29, from 2:30-4:00 p.m. at the Every Building Conference & Expo. “This is going to be a collaborative and interactive session featuring presentations and discussions focusing on innovative and successful BOMA local association educational programs,” said Horn.
BOMI International collaborated with Jaclynne Madden, Akiba Davis-Everett, and Janet Langois—education specialists from three individual BOMA local associations— in developing useful and interesting new content that can be applied to boost success. Gabriel Eckert, executive director of BOMA Georgia, will also be presenting at the meeting, and will highlight why sustainability education is important to BOMA’s local constituents. He will also share innovative ways through which BOMA Georgia is helping their members obtain BOMI International education.
Eckert shared his enthusiasm about the program. “As BOMI International celebrates 45 years of setting the standard for commercial real estate continuing education, it is exciting to see the institute launching the new High-Performance designation program,” he said. “The new HP program enhances the environmental sustainability and profitability of commercial real estate owned and managed throughout North America. BOMA Georgia is proud to partner with BOMI International in the development and delivery of this much-needed educational initiative.”
BOMI International invites all conference attendees to join their colleagues in attending this informative session, as well as visiting BOMI International’s display at Booth 629 at the Expo in the Los Angeles Convention Center West Exhibit Hall.
