Bond AdaptSuite Staffing Software Release Adds General Ledger Export, Fee Capture, and Job Feed Capabilities
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- Bond International Software, the global recruitment, HR and Payroll specialists, announced the release of AdaptSuite staffing software Version 3.1. This release further enhances AdaptSuite’s operational and management capabilities with the addition of features that include the export of relevant transactional data to any General Ledger software, the ability to automate and recapture fees associated with the Affordable Care Act, the capability to distribute job postings to multiple job boards, and enhanced transactional search.
1. AdaptSuite General Ledger Export – allows staffing and recruiting agencies the freedom to easily export AdaptSuite payroll and billing transactional data directly into the General Ledger software of their choice, thus saving time and reducing data entry errors. The process uses the existing lifecycle of the transactions to create a data file where items in the file are identified by type so that mapping can be set up in the destination GL system. The flexible export process can be run at any time in the lifecycle and will only pull eligible transactions which were not previously exported.
2. AdaptSuite Fee Capture – offers staffing agencies an automated means to setup and define fee types, such as for the administration of the Affordable Care Act, and pass those costs back to clients. Fees can be setup for automatic application at the corporate, client, job order, or assignment level, yet can be overridden if necessary. This feature is flexible enough to accommodate a vast number of scenarios with complete transparency at the transaction and processing levels.
3. AdaptSuite Job Feed – gives staffing and recruiting agencies the ability to setup job feeds to any job board that can accept the XML. This highly flexible utility supports the implementation of multiple new job posting feeds without customization or configuration. This expands the agency’s job posting capability while reducing the administrative burden for recruiters or system administrators and improving reporting visibility.
4. AdaptSuite Transaction Searching – enables staffing and recruiting agency management to search and combine both operational and financial data. This capability offers more insight into transactions as it enables the creation of ad-hoc reporting for export and analysis on a variety of key performance indicators related to contingent payroll and billing.
In addition to the above enhancements, a number of additional features and functions related to financial, operational, and business management were also included in this release of AdaptSuite staffing and recruiting software to help agencies further improve their productivity and efficiency.
