Book Comparing Food and Nutrition Goals to Personal Relationships Is Now Available on Amazon
Boerne/San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) July 05, 2017 -- “Nutrition Relationships: A Practical Guide to Discovering Your Unique Nutrition Needs” by Jody Russ is available now on Amazon.com and can be purchased here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/1537577018.
The book explores the relationship people have with food, comparing it to the intimacy one can share with a person and the effect they can have on physical and mental health. It begins with a self-investigation that reveals the basic nutritional needs of the reader and then gives identity and personality to food groups to assist in the cultivation of the perfect match. Laced with scientific evidence and humor, this account caters to bio-individuality (the concept that no two people are exactly alike), requiring varying categories and amounts of macronutrients. The story culminates in a marriage ceremony to high-quality basic nutrition for life. This book relates tenants of relationships to food and provides strategies to deal with them at any level. Nutrition is about taking control of what is best for an individual’s total health and well-being, and “Nutrition Relationships” defines how to make this a reality.
