New online features include Bookerville’s housekeeping module that allows managers and housekeeping staff to track, organize, and record each property’s status with a mobile check-list. Housekeeping staff can record cleanings, inspections, property damage and theft with their mobile device on-site, including photos that can be uploaded directly to the property manager’s Bookerville account. Housekeeping staff are also provided with property addresses that link to the Maps application of their mobile device to help them locate each rental unit on their schedules.
Additionally, Bookerville has unveiled an email auto-responding feature, that allows immediate responses to email queries about particular properties. The feature can be configured to each individual property to respond immediately to inquiries sent by listing sites Homeaway, VRBO, and Flipkey.
Another new innovative feature is Bookerville’s calendar synchronization, which publishes your availability calendars in iCal format and shares them with listing sites such as FlipKey, Homeaway, VRBO, and Google Calendar. Each property managed with Bookerville has a specific URL that can be used to publish that property’s availability which is automatically updated each time a booking is entered, deleted or modified.
