With natural ingredients such as ginger, green chilies and curry leaves, Chef Sunderam creates a healthy dish with bold flavors. Chef Sunderam and Dr. Rusilko use grouper as the main ingredient. Fish is common in traditional Asian diets and provides a healthy source of Omega 3.
