Booster Seat Enhancement Invented by Two InventHelp® Clients (DTT-234)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) January 29, 2015 -- Are you looking for a way to keep your child more comfortable in a booster seat? Well, thanks to two inventors from Hanover, Mich., your search is over.
They developed a prototype for the patent-pending Booster Buddy to provide a comfortable place for children riding in a car booster seat to rest their feet. At the same time, it protects the auto upholstery against exposure to dirt from the children’s shoes. Furthermore, it is adjustable to accommodate children of different sizes. As a result, it promotes more pleasant car trips, particularly lengthy ones. Specifically, it eliminates the discomfort associated with dangling legs. In addition it reduces the chances of driver distraction by an uncomfortable child.
The inventors' family experience inspired the idea. "We thought of this option after watching our own children’s feet dangling from the booster seat," one of them said. "We wanted them to be more comfortable and keep the car’s interior carpeting and fabric clean at the same time."
The original design was submitted to the Detroit office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
