The Marine Graduation Foundation is an all-volunteer group that serves as a vehicle for tax deductible donations to help parents see their sons and daughters graduate from Marine Corps Bootcamp. More than 25 percent of new Marines do not have their families present at Bootcamp Graduation due most often to financial limitations. The Marine Graduation Foundation raises donations to assist in travel for families to graduation ceremonies. The non-profit 501(c)3 organization has raised funds to send nearly 700 families to graduation ceremonies since its inception in 2005, and Bootcamp Grads is urging its customers to donate through its website as they purchase apparel to fill their own graduation visits with memories to last a lifetime.
Bootcamp Grads has announced that there is still time place orders for custom graduation day tee shirts and other apparel before the upcoming August 9 graduations at San Diego and Parris Island, but orders must be placed immediately for them to arrive in time for departure to the ceremonies.
