Boston Attorney Jeffrey Fink Announces The Launching Of His New Website
Boston, Massachusetts (PRWEB) July 15, 2013 -- Jeffrey Fink is inviting visitors to explore his new website, http://www.jfinklawadr.com. The new website has been designed to provide a user-friendly experience with improved navigation throughout. This allows visitors to access information on how his skills and experience as an attorney, mediator, arbitrator and advisor can help disputing parties resolve their issues outside the court.
As a business lawyer, Fink has worked on a wide range of corporate transactions including startups, fund formation, M&A, lending, securities, project finance and restructuring. He also serves as outside general counsel to several companies, providing advice including general business, technology acquisition and employment matters. His work in dispute resolution includes commercial, contract, family business, landlord-tenant issues and divorce and family matters.
“My work is done outside a courtroom,” Fink said. “I have found that by taking a creative approach to resolving issues through negotiation and mediation, clients often walk away feeling they have saved significant time and money and reached an efficient solution. On the arbitration side, parties that want a third party to make a decision can get attention on their timetable rather than waiting for a court, and can work together with the arbitrator to control transaction costs.”
Fink includes information on his new website about dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and Collaborative law. Fink’s former clients talk about his work and note his ”broad experience and creative approach” and knowledge. In addition, the website includes information on international business representation. Fink is also blogging, with two active blogs, one on his main website highlighting legal news and strategies for approaching negotiation, mediation and arbitration, and the other on his “Kung Fu Mediation Blog.”
“We react the same way to physical conflict as we do to the kinds of interpersonal and inter-organizational conflict we all deal with on a daily basis. The ‘Kung Fu Mediation Blog’ explores some of the parallels between martial arts and everyday negotiations,” Fink said. “As a second degree black belt in Kung Fu who is also a dispute resolution professional, I can share a different perspective on conflict.”
The website also includes links to Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIn. Anyone wanting more information can contact Fink directly on the website on the contact page.
“My goal was to create a website where people could learn about me, my practice and dispute resolution and have several ways to contact me,” Find said. “I think this website accomplishes that goal.”
Fink is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts and works with counsel in other jurisdictions. He has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and spent years at major international law firms before changing gears to work in a smaller setting. Fink is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
