Joining Bowman and Brooke and leading the team in San Diego are newly named partners Michael Hurvitz and Gregory Jackson. They are two highly experienced product liability lawyers with significant track records defending medical device and biotech companies. They have represented clients in product liability, mass tort, consumer fraud and warranty litigation, as well as multiple individual product cases.
