BPI Launches New Blog for Homeowners
Malta, New York (PRWEB) December 14, 2015 -- The Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) is proud to announce the launch of its new blog at http://www.bpihomeowner.org/blog to educate homeowners about the health, safety and energy saving effects of home performance upgrades.
The primary goal of the blog is to help homeowners understand what is called the house-as-a-system concept, the idea that the house is made up of many different components working together as a system to impact the comfort, health and energy use of occupants.
"The benefits of this education are far reaching - homeowners will better understand how home improvements can increase their quality of life while learning how specially trained, BPI-certified technicians are best equipped to handle these upgrades," said Larry Zarker, BPI CEO.
Focusing on case studies, tips and lessons learned in the home performance industry, the blog will feature a variety of topics - from comfort issues and cost savings to stories about heroic homeowners - for homeowners to explore, as well as the opportunity to learn more about what BPI certified professionals have to offer.
