Brad Schmett Announces New Year’s Eve Galas Bring In Luxury Homebuyers
Palm Springs, CA (PRWEB) December 28, 2016 -- Brad Schmett, of Brad Schmett Real Estate Group and Keller Williams Realty announced today that the New Year’s Eve celebrations across the greater Palm Springs area, which will include The Renaissance Indian Wells Resort and Spa and The Rink at the River in Rancho Mirage, will be a huge enhancement for local luxury real estate with a record crowd expected to head to the Valley to ring in 2017 in true Old Palm Springs glamorous style.
The Renaissance event will be located in the Crystal Ballroom with a cocktail reception from 6 PM to 7 PM featuring gourmet hors d’oeuvres and a no host premium bar. A chef prepared three-course dinner will get underway at 7 PM followed by the New York New Year’s Times Square live ball drop and toast along with music to dance the night away. The Rink at the River which has announced that it will bring the fun and excitement of New York City’s Rockefeller Center and San Francisco’s Union Square to the Valley with ice-skating and holiday cheer, will also celebrate the arrival of 2017.
From 5 PM to 10 PM a “Mildly Wild” celebration will be held at the Living Zoo in Palm Desert for those who wish to make it an early evening. Other celebrations across the Valley include a major New Year’s Eve bash at the Spa Hotel in Downtown Palm Springs that will feature fireworks, a huge party at The Ace Hotel in Palm Springs and of course The Arnold Palmer Restaurant in La Quinta will celebrate with the Joan Jones Band starting at 9 PM, preceded by a four course gourmet dinner and accompanied by all the trimmings of a real old-fashioned New Year’s Eve party.
