Braun to Display Two Customer Ambulances At IAFC FRI 2015
Van Wert, OH (PRWEB) August 14, 2015 -- Braun Industries, Inc. will be attending the International Association of Fire Chief’s Annual Conference and Expo August 28 – 29, 2015. There, the ambulance manufacturer will have two emergency vehicles on display. FRI 2015 attendees will be able to tour customer ambulances from St. John’s County and Temple Terrace Fire Department in Braun’s booth, #2123. The ambulance models are a 2014 Chief XL and a 2014 Super Chief.

Chad Brown and Regional Sales Managers, Eric Wilcox and Jarret Hammons, will be at the show from Braun Industries direct. Members of Braun’s national dealer network will also be in attendance, including ambulance sales representatives from Ten-8 Fire Equipment, Emergency Equipment Professionals, Lone Star Emergency Vehicles, Glick Fire Equipment, and Hughes Fire Equipment. Attendees can stop by Booth #2123 to have their questions answered by a knowledgeable Braun representative and receive a personal tour of the customer units on display.
The first of two ambulances attending the show is on loan from St. John’s Fire/Rescue in Augustine, Florida. It is a 2014 Chief XL ambulance on a 2015 Ram 4500 chassis. Built with Braun’s signature SolidBody™ Construction, the unit features far more than the standard innovations Braun is known for. For equipment, it includes a front mounted condenser, transverse backboard storage, pull out 02 storage for dual “M” tanks, SCBA storage, and a custom interior design to accommodate it all. It also has a temperature cooled compartment and 110/12V combination heat/ac system to enhance module comfort.
Also on display will be a 2014 Super Chief ambulance from Temple Terrace Fire Department in Temple Terrace, Florida. Built on a 2016 Freightliner M2 extended cab chassis, this unit also has a custom interior design. The chassis features roll up doors for gear storage and an external electrical compartment. Inside the module, there is a flip down CPR seat for extended counter space. It also includes a temperature controlled compartment. As with all Braun models, the unit is also equipped with an EZ Glide™ Door, Mastertech™ IV Multiplex Electrical System, VitalMax™ Lighting System, and Eberhard Latches.
