Brave River Solutions Launches New Websites For Local Rhode Island Bank
Warwick, RI (PRWEB) February 23, 2015 -- Independence Bank, located in East Greenwich, RI, came to Brave River Solutions in need of a full redesign of their main Independence Bank website, as well as a new website for their Loans 4 Women program. They wanted both sites to be easily viewable on all mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.
In addition to giving Independence Bank’s website a completely new, modern look with responsive design (which makes the site accessible to all devices), Brave River built the redesigned site on the latest version of the BRS Content Management System. With the former Independence Bank website, any changes to the text or images required assistance from a web developer. The new CMS, however, makes it easy for Independence Bank to manage and update their own site content, giving them more freedom and flexibility.
The newly redesigned website provides information on Independence Bank’s many service offerings and account types, to help new or existing customers learn more about which banking services best suit their needs. It also includes a custom-developed Contact form, which includes a field for customers to let the bank know how they found the website. This information helps Independence Bank track the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and marketing efforts.
Brave River Solutions also helped Independence Bank create an entirely new website for their Loans 4 Women program, which offers small business loans to women-owned businesses. The Loans 4 Women site uses the same responsive design and CMS technologies as the Independence Bank site, but also includes a custom form where business owners can apply for a loan online.

As the Loans 4 Women application form includes personal data, Independence Bank required high-level encryption to keep their loan customers safe. The web developers at Brave River used Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security technology in addition to extensive server and database encryption to ensure that all data transmitted via the application form is secure and protected.
