Bray & Long Announces New Restaurant Law Practice Group
Charlotte, North Carolina (PRWEB) December 30, 2013 -- The Charlotte, North Carolina law firm of Bray & Long today announced the formation of a new practice group, which will focus exclusively on the representation of restaurants and be known as the Restaurant Law Group. The practice group’s work will include restaurant sales and acquisitions, corporate matters, financing, leasing, trademarks, franchising, employment matters, litigation and licensing.
“Bray & Long has represented restaurants and their owners for years,” said William Bray, the firm’s founding member. “That broad range of experience yields tremendous benefits for our clients, so the creation of a formal practice group is a logical progression for the firm.”
Brendan Dillashaw, who also manages the firm’s commercial real estate practice, will serve as the Restaurant Law Group leader. Dillashaw joined Bray & Long in 2011 after five years of a successful solo practice.
“Restaurant transactions require a depth of knowledge and a keen eye for hidden dangers,” said Dillashaw. “Our goal is to ensure that each client is fully aware of the risks and rewards associated with restaurant ownership and development, and is therefore able to make smart and informed decisions.”
Now in its eleventh year, Bray & Long (http://www.braylong.com) is a boutique business law firm specializing in the representation of small to mid-size companies throughout the Carolinas.
