BreakThrough Physical Therapy Sponsoring Anderson Creek Club’s 8th Annual 5K/10K/Fun Run
Cameron, NC (PRWEB) January 28, 2015 -- BreakThrough Physical Therapy (BTPT) is proud to be sponsoring Anderson Creek Club’s upcoming 5K, 10K, and one-mile fun walk on Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Spring Lake, NC. Proceeds from the race will benefit Overhills High School’s Athletic Booster Club.
As a sponsor of the event, BTPT will staff a runner’s station where they will provide support to participants and free screen cards participants can use for future visits to BTPT. Additionally, BTPT’s physios will be present at the finish line to answer post-race musculoskeletal or training questions and for screening and stretching as needed.
“We are ecstatic to be supporting the Anderson Creek Club’s 8th annual 5K, 10K, and fun walk this year,” said Lucas Simoes, PT, MS, Cameron Clinic Director. “We look forward to a fun morning with the members of our community in the name of a good cause.”
The event will take place at the Anderson Creek Club in Spring Lake, NC at 9:00 AM. Registration for the race can be completed online before February 6 for $25 ($20 for students age 1-18) or in-person the morning of the race between 6:30– 8:30 AM for $30. Participants who do not live within the Anderson Creek community will be shuttled to the starting point from Overhills High School.
