Bretz RV & Marine Gives Back to the Community by Hosting their Annual Customer Appreciation Day
Missoula, Montana (PRWEB) April 27, 2015 -- Bretz RV & Marine invites the Missoula community for their annual Customer Appreciation Day. This free event will feature a number of family friendly activities that encourage an interest in the RV lifestyle, as well as celebrating the company’s long history in the Missoula community.
Customer Appreciation Day first began as a way to thank the dealership’s loyal customers. It has since become an annual tradition in Missoula and Billings. The event has seen steady growth in the last few years, and has drawn around 2,500 people.
Mark Bretz, the owner of Bretz RV & Marine, recollects the first years that Customer Appreciation Day took place.
“My parents decided to close the dealership for the weekend, and take all of our customers for an outing to Camp Utmost. We spent the weekend camping, eating, and learning more about the RV lifestyle with all of our customers. The event was such a hit that we continued to do it every year. Over time the event became so popular that the campground became too small to accommodate everyone. We then decided to move the event to the store premise, and shorten the event to a single day. That is when the event grew to what it is today.”
This year’s event features a number of activities for the entire family, including a free steak and chicken dinner, the RV Lifestyle EXPO, several outdoor lifestyle seminars, the $1,000 money machine, and a prize drawing. Bretz RV & Marine has also partnered with local businesses to organize an even better experience. The dealership has partnered with The Montana Club restaurant in preparing the free steak and chicken dinner, as well as partnered with Montana Clown Works to organize a designated children’s play area. This year for the giveaway Bretz RV & Marine is also offering the chance to win a Retro Travel Trailer during their grand prize drawing.
To make this event as accessible as possible, Bretz RV & Marine will be offering ADA/Mobility Impaired Parking. There will also be a trolley, provided by the UM Alumni association, and golf carts to transport guests to and from their vehicles in the parking lot. The schedule of events will also be available on the Bretz RV & Marine website prior to the May 2nd and May 9th events.
