BRG Adds T2pm Limited Employees to Growing Team
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) May 23, 2014 -- BRG announced today that T2pm Limited, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, has entered into an agreement to join forces with BRG. The addition of principals Lynda McCutchen and Patrick Welsh to BRG adds the benefit of more than 30 years of experience in construction and facilities project management, strategic planning, facilities condition assessment and capital planning, commercial interior design, and relocation services, particularly in the South Atlantic markets.
T2pm Limited was founded in 2003 by Welsh, who had spent more than two decades working for architectural firms, corporate real estate groups, and general contractors as a project manager overseeing projects from Massachusetts to Florida. Through his experiences, Welsh recognized an increased demand for owner's representation and coordination. T2pm’s 11-year mission has been to provide clients with guidance for their facilities projects, specifically regarding owner's responsibilities, increased efficiencies, and integrated project delivery. Working alongside owners, architects, general contractors, and engineers to facilitate project success has been T2pm's mission.
