Bride: The Wedding Show returns to Cheltenham Racecourse on Valentine's weekend
(PRWEB UK) 30 January 2014 -- The event on February 15 and 16 has everything you need to organise a perfect wedding with the help of the region’s finest suppliers. There will be more than 70 exhibitors from venues to bridal boutiques, florists to photographers, caterers and cake-makers to entertainers to give you endless information and inspiration for your big day.
The highlight of the weekend is the catwalk show which takes place three times daily. It is acknowledged as the best in the business and worth the ticket price alone. The choreographed presentation of the latest in bridal and bridesmaids’ gowns, menswear and mother of the bride outfits, will include dresses from House of Vintage Gowns and Accessories, Cotswold Bride and Mystia Bridal Boutique of Gloucester, ladies occasion wear from John Lewis (who are also supplying goodies for the goody bags), and groomswear from Slaters. The show is guaranteed to have the crowd laughing and clapping and combines entertainment with great music and fantastic ideas on what to wear.
There will be music from dynamic band SoulShoes plus harpist Sally Jenkins, entertainment from the national award-winner of The Wedding Industry Awards 2014, magician Christian Fletcher, competitions and offers, ice cream from Cotswold Vintage Scoop, a restaurant with spectacular views over the racecourse and a champagne bar area. Copies of the new Cotswold Bride magazine, from leading publishers Archant Bride, packed with inspirational stories, real weddings, advice from brides and professionals and the latest wedding trends, will be given away.
The racecourse function rooms will be set up for a wedding breakfast, with panoramic views over the course and competitions to enter on the day include a hen or stag party for 12 people at the racecourse with overnight accommodation at Cheltenham Thistle Hotel.
