John comes to Brightwing with 19+ years of experience in staffing, holding various leadership roles in recruiting and RPO program management on both a national and regional level. John has led the strategic development and day to day operations of large and small teams of recruiters and sourcing specialists within the automotive engineering, telecommunications and IT verticals. His leadership and recruitment ideology are the same, “People are the most important.
