Bronto Software Maintains Rapid Growth, Taps Into Australian Market
Durham, NC (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- Bronto Software, the leading marketing platform for commerce, announced today the close of a strong first quarter. The company achieved 36 percent year over year (Y/Y) growth while forging new partnerships and adding top brands and Internet Retailer 500 clients. Bronto also introduced several notable product enhancements to the Bronto Marketing Platform that improve workflow automation and data segmentation, and expanded its global reach with the opening of offices in Sydney, Australia.
A number of great new brands came on board as Bronto clients this quarter, including Internet Retailer Top 500 brands RugsUSA, GlassesUSA and National Trade Supply, as well as Sole Society, Purity Cosmetics, Caché and Peter Millar.
Bronto continued to broaden its reach in the e-commerce ecosystem and now boasts more than 100 partners. A record number of new partner-driven clients were brought on in the quarter, including well-known brands such as Sodastream, Easton Bell Sports, NotOnTheHighStreet.com and O’Neill Australia.
“We’re thrilled to be building on the strong momentum and growth that we achieved in 2013,” said Joe Colopy, Bronto Software CEO. “Quarter to quarter, our focus remains on providing tools for commerce marketers and continuously enhancing the Bronto Marketing Platform to help drive revenue expansion for our customers.”
Bronto continues to be recognized as a commerce marketing leader. The company won the Silver Stevie® Award for the “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – More Than 100 Employees” category. This marks the fifth time since 2009 that Bronto has been selected as a Sales & Customer Service winner in this category, and the eighth time for the company to be selected as a finalist. Additionally, Bronto has been named a CODiE Award finalist in the “Best Marketing Automation Solution” category. This marks the third time Bronto has been chosen as a CODiE finalist, with selections in 2011 and 2012 for “Best Marketing Software.”
The Bronto team has maintained a strong presence at leading commerce industry events and trade shows, with recent exhibits at the MarketingSherpa and eTail West conferences. The company also participated in leading UK and Australia e-commerce industry events, including TFM&A and IRX (UK) as well as the eCommerce Conference & Expo (Australia).
Additionally, Bronto executives continue to be sought after for speaking engagements. Colopy addressed several investor conferences this quarter, including the AGC Partners’ Tenth Annual West Coast Information Security and Technology Growth Conference in February and OASIS: The Montgomery Summit in March.
Bronto’s investment in Australia comes as that nation’s e-commerce market growth rapidly accelerates. Another factor in Bronto’s selection of Sydney for its latest global expansion is the strong presence in Australia of the company’s key commerce partners, including Magento, Demandware and NetSuite.
