Bronx-Based KZA Realty Group Closes 3 Commercial Real Estate Deals in The Bronx

(KZA) in Bronx, New York, has announced that her firm recently brokered 3 commercial real estate deals in the borough, for a total of 33,122 square feet and more than $3.76 million. KZA represented both seller and buyer in each of the transactions.
At 699-723 Morris Park Avenue, Uzi Shvut of 699 MP Realty LLC purchased a 21,850 square foot retail strip for $2,050,000.00 from 699 Morris Park Avenue Corp. Zamechansky brokered the deal.

At 33 West Tremont Avenue, Brightside Academy leased 7,272 square feet of day care space and 1,500 square feet of outside play area, new construction, from landlord Peter Fine, Atlantic Development. Rent for the initial 10-year term will total $1,636,280.00. Zamechansky brokered the deal.
At 1468 Williamsbridge Road, Yonkers Contracting leased 2,500 square feet of 2nd floor office space from landlord Sandra Beer, Bronx Home for the Aged. Zamechansky and Sherry Scanlon of KZA were brokers.
