Brook Furniture Rental Joins Bozzuto in the Third Annual Paint Our Town Pink Campaign.
Lake Forest, IL (PRWEB) October 13, 2016 -- Brook Furniture Rental announced today their participation in the third annual Bozzuto Paint Our Town Pink campaign in a month-long effort to raise breast cancer awareness and research funding. The campaign will run through the month of October, with proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen's Passionately Pink organization which provides local community breast cancer support.
Bozzuto began its Paint Our Town Pink initiative in 2014 to encourage Bozzuto employees, residents and friends to show their support in a variety of ways, including donating Pennies for Pink at their corporate office and in all of the 200 communities they manage and sharing the creative ways in which their employees are helping to #PaintOurTownPink on social media. Photos using this hashtag are featured on the BozzutoPink.com.
This year, Brook Furniture Rental was excited to donate its expertise and furnishings to the creation of a Pink Model suite located at the Bozzuto-managed Flats 8300 apartment community in Bethesda. The model was designed by Brook's Director of Merchandising, Jill Wirig. The design and decorating follows the pink theme of October and combines color and textures in hues from subtle to vibrant working together to represent the spirit of women everywhere.

The model suite will be the venue for a series of Bozzuto events planned throughout the month of October as part of the awareness program including a Bozzuto Pop In For Pink Event, Kitchen on The Roof Event featuring local vendors, and a Brook Connect Event to be held on Oct.18th. Brook Connect Events are known in the multi-housing industry as a successful way to promote and create awareness for a community. This year, the event will focus on connecting with Brook's real estate network to support the Paint Our Town Pink campaign.
The Paint Our Town Pink campaign was successful in raising over $15,000 last year and continues to grow and evolve each year due to the incredible efforts of Bozzuto and their friends and partners.
