BrownList.com is Paying People's Parking Tickets
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 21, 2014 -- BrownList is paying people’s parking tickets. People can go to BrownList.com and tell their parking ticket stories – the more zany or relatable, the better. Those whose stories are voted into the top five (by fellow BrownList users) will have their parking tickets paid by BrownList. If the parking ticket has already been paid, BrownList will reimburse the user for the ticket (up to $65 per ticket).
BrownList.com is a new platform where users can complain about anything under the sun - including companies, politicians, policies, or organizations - as long as they also suggest a solution. Others can suggest alternative solutions. BrownList calls this, “crowdsourcing solutions.” Once people have entered a complaint and solution, BrownList will advocate for them to find a resolution. This process is free to users.
Internet startup BrownList is located in the heart of Santa Monica, California’s “Silicon Beach” – famed for technology startups, as well as industry leaders like Yahoo! and Google (now in neighboring Venice, California).
BrownList promises to combine a “Complaints 2.0” user experience with enhanced social media, entertainment, and gamification functions. User-generated content, including videos (often of a humorous nature) will be featured, and contests for cash prizes are underway.
To describe when things go wrong during a person’s day, BrownList has coined the term, “BrownList Moment.” For example, if a customer is delivered a broken washing machine and the company refuses to replace it, the customer would call that a BrownList Moment.
BrownList.com hopes users will send in all their BrownList Moments. When they do, not only will they have the opportunity to win cash (if their BrownList Moments are voted the best by fellow BrownList users), but also, users will enjoy the growing BrownList database of solutions on limitless topics. In addition, businesses will profit from the vast market research and data compiled by BrownList on everything from business best practices to customer service and satisfaction, product development, and beyond.
