Dorchuck as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. BSI Financial also announces its appointment of experienced marketing practitioner Jayne Martin as Manager, Corporate Marketing.

For the past 30 years Dorchuck has earned distinction in a variety of roles related to legal and regulatory compliance for leading members of the mortgage lending and servicing industry. He has been recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Association as a Certified Mortgage Banker, one of a few lawyers in the industry to have achieved this distinction. Prior to joining BSI Financial, Dorchuck held positions as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of FirstKey Holdings, Homeward Residential LLC, and Aurora Loan Services. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Countrywide Home Loans and as Chief Legal Executive and Secretary of Resource Bancshares Mortgage Group, and had been a senior attorney at Fleet Mortgage Group. Earlier in his career, he was a partner in the now defunct New York law firm of Mudge, Rose, Guthrie, Alexander & Ferdon, and he was also law clerk to the late Hon. Oliver Seth, C.J. for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
In addition to providing legal counsel, he will lead BSI Financial’s regulatory compliance program and vendor management operations, ensuring that the interests of BSI Financial and thus of its investors and clients, are protected in the rapidly evolving regulatory environment in which BSI Financial conducts business. He will also manage the Human Resources, Training, Quality Control, and Internal Audit departments as BSI Financial builds out these functions.

Jayne Martin joins BSI Financial with 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand and project management, and sales support. Her background also includes more than 10 years in the field of financial analysis.
Martin has held marketing management positions with MCI, Cox Cable, and WorldCom, where she oversaw new product launches and product positioning and pricing, formulated multimedia marketing and sales support programs, and held responsibility for brand vision, strategy and identity implementation.
Martin will be responsible for marketing BSI Financial’s growing portfolio of services, including loan servicing and subservicing, quality control and due diligence, and emerging services, which include Entra Default Solutions and Entra Closing Escrow Services.
