Buffalo Lodging Associates Breaks Ground on Their First Home2 Suites by Hilton Property
Buffalo, NY (PRWEB) May 07, 2014 -- Hotel development and management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC broke ground on the Home2 Suites by Hilton Buffalo-Airport/Galleria Mall hotel on April 1st. The 4-story, 107-suite hotel located at 1999 Walden Avenue, will be Buffalo Lodging’s first Home2 Suites property in their portfolio. Scheduled to open in spring 2015, it will be their eleventh property in the Buffalo area.
Home2 Suites by Hilton is an extended-stay hotel brand designed to accommodate travelers visiting the Buffalo area for several days to weeks, or longer. The all-suite hotel will offer studio and one-bedroom suites, complete with full kitchens. Each morning, guests can choose from more than 400 mix-and-match breakfast options. The Buffalo-Airport Home2 Suites will also feature an indoor saline pool, whirlpool spa, well-equipped fitness center, and outdoor grills.
“Our analyses show this modestly priced suite hotel is under represented and a product that will fit nicely into this growing retail area, particularly with the addition of Carbella’s next door,” stated Ron Kendall, president of Buffalo Lodging Associates. “Its strong location, relatively small size, well-appointed suites and other amenities should make this hotel quite successful within its niche,” added Kendall.
