M&A Research Catalyst delivers clear and easy-to-interpret reports specifically created for M&A professionals. Users benefit from automatically generated reports that provide a comprehensive financial profile of the subject company and key financials of similar companies plus relevant industry deals. The reports also include a high-level valuation through three approaches – comparable companies, comparable deals and a DCF valuation. Users can redefine the DCF based on their own knowledge of the subject company and industry by editing an array of default options such as the risk free rate, risk premium and raw beta.
