Burlesque to Bridal: a Celebration of the Corseted Silhouette

Belinda now has an established bridal-wear brand of her own: “Beyond Burlesque”.
Her new capsule collection combines the skills of a corsetiere with couture and a re-freshingly new take on bridal-wear design.
At the heart of each garment is a finely crafted bespoke corset upon which the finest silks, feathers and tulle are draped and sculpted. The designs are bold and striking and a departure from the traditional, floral extravaganzas that smother the brides.
Not surprisingly her styles appeal to a savvier bride, one who appreciates design and the couture development and fitting journey. Therefore, Beyond Burlesque’s brides tend come from the world of fashion, design and media.
