Business Data Exceptions (BDEx) 3.0 is Certified as Powered by SAP NetWeaver®

The solution has been proven to integrate with SAP for Utilities solutions, helping utility companies manage business exceptions.
The SAP® Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that Business Data Exceptions (BDEx) 3.0 integrates with SAP for Utilities solutions when deployed as an ABAP®-based add-on to SAP NetWeaver Application Server 7.0.
Business Data Exceptions (BDEx) 3.0 provides utilities that use the SAP ERP and SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) applications and other SAP software with the critical insight, clarity and control they need to help them better manage their business operations.
Data issues related to specific customers can account for up to 60% of business process exceptions in a utility’s software system. BDEx enables business users within the utility company to quickly identify, relate and manage data issues for customer accounts across SAP and non-SAP software from a single dashboard. The powerful analysis performed by BDEx identifies potential data issues related to customer accounts and their work items across SAP ERP, SAP CRM and other SAP software, providing a customer-centric view in real time.

BDEx can be implemented across companies’ operations or as a point solution in a specific area such as exception reporting. The BPEM Enhancement capability is available for BDEx and can also be implemented stand-alone. This enhancement offers out-of-the-box improvements to standard business process exception management (BPEM) and enhanced message management analysis (EMMA) functionality to drive intelligent case management and prevent exception proliferation.
BDEx 3.0 is the third solution from Basis Technologies to be SAP-certified as powered by SAP NetWeaver, joining Transport Express 5.0 and Mass Data Runtime 7.0.
