Business & Personal Development Firm Celebrates 10 Years of Business Success
Winter Park, Florida (PRWEB) January 05, 2015 -- Global Change Management, Inc. was incorporated on January 1, 2005 and is based in Winter Park, Florida. At a press conference today the firm's management team celebrated their 10th anniversary since incorporation. The firm provides coaching and other services to business leaders and senior executives, and to other individuals seeking guidance in a wide variety of areas. The firm’s tagline is, “Inspiring Business & Personal Development."
Jonathan Jordan, the firm’s president, stated, “We are a full-service business and personal development firm dedicated to helping mindfully change inspired individuals, ethical businesses, charismatic entrepreneurs, and socially-conscious organizations so they achieve and exceed their goals. We are based in philosophy, driven by passion, and strive for local and global betterment.”
Jordan commented that, “According to Bloomberg, the giant financial services firm, the vast majority of startup businesses fail in the first few years. So we are very grateful to be able to celebrate 10 years in business.”
Jordan added, “Our business almost did not survive the first couple of years. We entered into a business alliance with a larger international company that turned out to be a total financial disaster that almost destroyed us. However, because of our difficult startup we learned a lot from our mistakes so are now able to help our clients avoid similar missteps.”
The firm’s operations manager, Susan O’Hara stated, “It is not unusual for our business clients to experience a doubling of profits as a result of our guidance, and our executive coaching clients often obtain major promotions.”
Jordan grew up in Ireland and has an advanced degree and other credentials in behavioral and social sciences. He was admitted to the prestigious Society for Neuroscience a number of years ago and applies his neuroscience knowledge to improve business and workplace performance. He has become one of the thought leaders in the growing global coaching profession. Since helping to establish the firm 10 years ago, Jordan has written his first book, Brain Matters In Business: A Collection of Articles About Using Neuroscience To Work Smarter. Hardcopy and electronic versions of that book are currently available on Amazon.com, and within a few weeks an audio version will also be available on Apple’s iTunes. Jordan is currently writing his second book which is titled, 7 Practices To Greatly Improve Your Brain: Mindfully Change How You Live, Work, And Play.
In addition to authoring books and coaching business leaders, Jordan has become a popular keynote speaker, nation-wide and internationally. In 2011, he was engaged to speak to the entire staff of the United States Senate on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
“That neuroscience-based presentation gave the Senate staff strategies for overcoming distraction, regaining focus, and working smarter – not harder – as well as reducing stress,” Jordan said.
Over the last few years Jordan has delivered major keynote addresses at business conferences on three continents, including Asia and Europe. Jordan stated, “As a result of my speaking in other countries, we are often able to expand our firm’s footprint in those locations. For example, as a result of a couple of speaking engagements in India, in late 2014 we added a business representative in the Indian city of Bangalore and we are in negotiations to establish a permanent office in New Delhi.”
When asked about expansion plans in 2015, all that Jordan would say is, “We’re looking forward to rolling out a new joint venture that will provide businesses with an even higher level of services and almost guarantee them significant profit increases.”
