Puff Daddy worked as a talent director at Uptown Records before he founded his own label, Bad Boy Entertainment, in a partnership with Arista Records in 1993. His debut album, No Way Out, was a commercial success and was followed by Forever, The Saga Continues…, and Press Play. He has won three Grammys and two MTV Video Music Awards.
