BV’s Grill at the Time Nyack Makes Its Mark as New Hotspot in New York’s Hudson River Valley

Following the hotel’s grand opening in May 2016, the 150-seat signature restaurant and bar features a diverse menu of first-rate steaks and seafood, as well as lighter grill options using fresh, local ingredients under the direction of Hudson Valley native Executive Chef Joseph Walsh. The Time Nyack is the first hotel venture for BV’s Grill.

Infused with the fresh flavors of New York’s Hudson River Valley, the menu at BV’s Grill offers a delectable assortment of rich steakhouse classics, locally-sourced seafood and lighter grill options using only the freshest ingredients. Menu highlights include: Romanian Skirt Steak with honey jack marinade and mashed potatoes; Colorado Lamb Chops with mint jelly pan sauce and sautéed spinach; and Horseradish Crusted Salmon with shiitake mashed potatoes and red pepper coulis.
The handcrafted cocktail selection includes innovative sips such as Hickey’s Bourbon & Tonic, the Sleepy Hollow Highball and a Classic Champagne Cocktail.
Known for its first-class service, BV’s Grill bustles with local energy from the early hours until just before midnight. In the late afternoon, Top of the Time, the hotel rooftop bar, draws guests skyward and brings evening to life with cocktails, craft brews and light apps. BV’s Grill can also accommodate private parties up to 98 people seated and 92 with the use of the outdoor bar, for a total of 190 guests.
