C12 Group Celebrates 2015 and Enters 2016 with Momentum
Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) January 14, 2016 -- Entering 2016 and our 24th year of serving and equipping Christian CEOs & Owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose, The C12 Group is thankful for another year of growth and fruitfulness in serving those the Lord entrusts with leading His companies across America. Now serving 1800 members in 90 metro markets and 32 states, C12 is reaching an estimated 7 million stakeholders (i.e., 3% of the U.S. adult population) through its work with Christian marketplace leaders. In a sluggish 2% real growth economy over the past 15 years, C12 has seen its membership grow by nearly a 20% annual rate… more than five-fold over the past decade. In 2015, C12’s network was expanded to serve several new metro markets, including Phoenix AZ, Louisville/Lexington KY, Orange County CA, Quad Cities IA, San Diego CA, Madison WI, and Central GA/AL.
2015 has also been another year of much accomplishment in establishing growing, value-added affiliations with like-minded organizations such as Alliance Defending Freedom (America’s largest Christian legal network), LeTourneau University (a highly-regarded, Christ-centered polytechnical university), and The Pocket Testament Leagues (a 120 year-old resource for cost-effective sharing of attractive pocket-sized gospels). C12’s late 2015 Leaders Conference in Orlando FL was the best-attended ever with nearly 500 participants and an exceptional “Net Promoter Score” of 90. C12 member companies continue to out-pace peers in both exemplary service to clients and revenue/profit growth, as well as expansion of His Kingdom. C12’s last national member survey indicated that C12 member companies were privileged to see more than 4000 Christian workplace salvations while giving in excess of $150 million to fund Christian ministry efforts. In addition, a disproportionate number of C12 member companies annually receive special recognition as being among America’s fastest growing companies and best places to work. Such recognition underscores the strengthening of these special God-given platforms for conducting great business and blessing thousands of stakeholders in the process.
"What this demonstrates is the incredible impact when Christian servant leader CEOs lead intentionally with excellence and eternal perspective," commented C12's President & CEO Don Barefoot. "As our members engage in C12’s proven monthly iron-sharpening-iron process of lifelong learning alongside talented peers focused on applying Biblical principles and compatible best practices in business, their companies grow. As we reflect back on a fulfilling 2015 we’re thrilled to enter 2016 with unwavering 'mission true' purpose through our lives and businesses with our focus fixed on the certain hope we have in Christ!" said Barefoot.
