Madison, Alabama (PRWEB) September 27, 2016 -- Cabinet Document Management Solutions (Cabinet), a leading provider of electronic document management software and workflow solutions, completed a Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Service Organization Control (SOC) audit for its software infrastructure.
The company achieved the SOC 2 Type 2 certification – validating that Cabinet’s processes, procedures and controls are in accordance with the criteria set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) Trust Services Principles. These principles are intended to meet the needs of a broad range of users that need to understand internal control at a service organization as it relates to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
