The pursuing of the compliance by Cabot was in direct response to the needs of our customers and partners in an ever evolving environment and forms part of our long term vision for securing sensitive information assets by following the international standard outlining best practices for information security management systems (ISMS).
The assessment for this well-respected certification was performed by the independent audit firm, British Standards Institution (BSI). Throughout the rigorous auditing, Cabot was able to establish that the company implemented and maintained strong controls coupled with formalized IT security policies and procedures necessary to protect client data.
