This 2.5” SATA III SSD is based on the highest quality and reliability MLC NAND and designed to industry standard 2.5” form factor and SATA-IO group’s specifications.
Support for ATA generation I, II and III transfer rates of 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 Gbps ensures high performance. Available in capacities from 128GB to 640GB the 230S MLC SATA III SSD meets a wide range of OEM requirements.
