Cade Foundation Will Give Away IVF Cycle, Donated by HFI, At Fundraising Soiree
Houston, TX (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- Cade Foundation, a national non profit organization that supports families with infertility, will host a an education panel, at no charge, and a “Fertilivine”– a wine tasting fundraising party in Houston. To support and raise awareness on the topic of infertility, Houston Fertility Institute (HFI) is the Presenting Sponsor of the fundraising event and has donated an IVF cycle that will be given away as a door prize to one lucky attendee.
The Fertilivine – benefiting the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation – will feature a sommelier, live jazz, hors d’oeuvres, desserts and a silent auction. All registrants will be entered into a raffle to win an in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle from Houston Fertility Institute.
“This night promises to be fun and immensely beneficial to couples struggling with infertility,” said Dr. Kemi Nurudeen of Houston Fertility Institute. “We are passionately committed to helping them in any way we can to realize their dream of having a family.”
A Cade Foundation grant recipient who received fertility treatment and conceived a son at HFI, Delesa Alexander, commented "We are so grateful for our little blessing...thanking God everyday for him for you all." Delesa and husband La Neal are excited about and plan to attend both events.
The event will be held on Sunday October 27, 2013 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at The Tasting Room Wine Café in Uptown Park.
The Fertilivine will follow an educational seminar called “Overcoming Infertility Symposium: Different Ways Towards Parenthood.” A panel of infertility and adoption specialists from the Houston metropolitan area – including a reproductive endocrinologist from Houston Fertility Institute – will discuss their services and answer questions. The seminar will be on Sunday October 27th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Houston River Oaks. The event is free and open to the public.
“Giving those dealing with infertility a chance to connect with these leading specialists is so important to us,” said Dr. Mazen Abdallah of Houston Fertility Institute. “This will be a time for patients to get answers, understand their options and share experiences with other attendees.”
