The catalog was recently upgraded to an “embedded” design, which places the 3D configurator directly on Toshiba’s product pages, yielding higher results due to the simpler, more streamlined customer experience.

By providing an upgraded interface to the digital library of 2D and 3D CAD models, TIC is making it easier for engineers to discover, download, and purchase the components they need.
TIC originally selected CADENAS PARTsolutions to supply its online product configurator due to the vast selection of file formats available for customers to download, as compared to other solutions. After launching the improved configurator in the first quarter, the download rate of digital parts increased to 191,000, which represents a 360% gain from the 41,000 in the quarter prior to the upgrade.
