Cali Chem Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Tung Doan & TS Cosmetics Labs, Inc.
Garden Grove, California (PRWEB) April 20, 2016 -- Cali Chem, Inc. a leading wholesaler and distributor of cosmetics supplies announced that on April 18, 2016, that the Orange County Superior Court Judge Peter J. Wilson issued a Temporary Restraining Order and set a hearing for a Preliminary Injunction against Tung Doan, Cam LE T Lai and TS Cosmetics Labs, Inc.
Case # 30-2016-00845329-CU-NP-CJC
The court ordered a temporary restraining order prohibiting Tung Doan and TS Cosmetics Labs, Inc. from the following:
1) Using all formulas obtains from Cali Chem, Inc.
2) Using all equipment taken from Cali Chem, Inc.
3) Using any and all artwork created by Cali Chem, Inc. employees; and to
4) Cease production of any and all professional cosmetic products, consumer products, and any other beauty products using formulas or processes developed and taken from Cali Chem, Inc.
Currently Duc Doan and Cali Chem is suing Tung Doan and TS Cosmetics Labs, Inc. alleging Conversion of Corporate Assets, Intentional Misrepresentation, Trespass to Chattels and Breach of Fiduciary Duty.
